Jennae Ty-De Guzman
BSN RN - EMS School of Aesthetics Lead Instructor
Jennae is a distinguished leader in the field of aesthetic medicine, renowned for her expertise in the field of aesthetics and passion for education. Straight out of nursing school, she decided to apply to law school while helping out at the family-owned med spa, being trained by different nurses. After witnessing the aesthetic world and the gaps present in the industry, Jennae decided to put law school aside and focus on her love for art, beauty, and science and became curious about how to improve this industry that has become known as the “wild west”.
Driven by a commitment to advancing patient care and professional standards, Jennae embarked on her journey in aesthetic medicine straight after passing the NCLEX. She continued her pursuit of excellence through rigorous training programs locally and worldwide from renowned plastic surgeons and various KOL’s such as Dr. David Saadat and Dr. Gideon Kwok, honing her skills in advanced injectables, medical-grade skincare, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
As a dedicated instructor, Jennae has trained hundreds of nurses, instilling in them not only the technical prowess but also the artistry and ethical principles essential for delivering exceptional results. Her dynamic teaching style and hands-on approach have earned her acclaim from many students, who praise her ability to simplify complex concepts and foster confidence in their practice.
She believes in the transformative power of aesthetic medicine to not only enhance outward beauty but also to boost confidence and improve the quality of life for individuals from all walks of life.

Phuc Bao Tran
D.O.
Dr. Phuc-Bao Tran, D.O. is a dual board-certified family practice physician with Excell Integrated Medical Group in Paramount where he serves as CEO and founder. He earned his osteopathic medicine degree at College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific and his residency in family medicine at Chino Valley Medical Center in Chino CA. Dr. Tran is board-certified in family practice by the American Board of family Medicine and American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Tran strongly believes in full continuity of care and that is why Excell Integrated Medical Group covers Acute Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Board & Cares, and house patients. Outside of work, Dr. Tran enjoys playing basketball, golfing, and weight training. Most of all, Dr. Tran loves to spend time with his wife and 2 sons.
Jennifer Ty

CEO and Owner of Excel Home Care with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in Customer Service, Management, Strategic Planning, Healthcare Management, and Leadership. Strong healthcare services professional with a Doctor of Nursing Practice focused in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse/Nursing from Brandman University, Part of the Chapman University System.
