I needed some pre-holiday pampering and came in for a hydrafacial! Christina did my facial and she was super informative throughout the procedure. She did some LED light therapy at the end. My skin was dull before but now it’s super hydrated and glowing! I was overdue for a facial and my gunk jar definitely showed it! Will need to come in to try the other services they offer next time 🙂 I had an AM appointment so parking was super easy! Located right on Main Street by Jan’s. Another plus is that they’re open on weekends. Since I work during the week it’s great to find a med spa open on the weekends to accommodate my busy schedule!

Super cute new med spa in Huntington Beach! They offer Botox, filler, IV therapy, and facials! Christina the esthetician was very informative during my skin consultation. Sue, the nurse was extremely friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. She performed my IV therapy and I got the executive IV cocktail to help with alertness and overall health. Sue is the best and continues to provide the best customer service for all her patients. I trust her with all my services. I will be back for injectables and facials. Thank you Excell Med Spa!

Love the girls that work here. They make you feel very comfortable and extremely nice and helpful. Love my results of the botox and fillers  on my face and lips. Hydra facial was very relaxing and left my face glowing. Can’t wait to see my results after my chemical peels and micro needling I’m scheduled to have soon. Definitely returning for more treatments in the future!!!!

Excell Med Spa is top notch. The place is stylish and modern but also has the feeling of coziness. Sue and her team are amazing! I went there for a hydra facial and brought my 5-year old daughter. Even though she didn’t have an appointment and they don’t have kid’s facials on the menu (yet!), they surprised me by giving my little princess a gentle kid’s facial. As for me, the hydra facial was amazing. It was relaxing and so luxurious. My skin was so dewy and felt like baby skin afterwards. All I can say is that this such an amazing establishment. I went there to get a service and left with a beautiful experience that I was able to share with my little girl. I highly recommend this place.
